Any player who does not scan the QR check-in within 15 minutes of match start is marked as a no-show. Their deposit is automatically forfeited and split 50/50 between punctual players and the platform.
Cancel more than 24 hours before match start and your deposit is fully refunded. Cancel within 24 hours and the deposit is forfeited to the other players.
We use Stripe for all payments. Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are supported. Deposits are pre-authorized and captured only when a flake occurs.
